The book (and also the video series) has been a godsend for me. If this had existed 35 years ago, I’d definitely have joined a club or played tournaments. Keeping score was always my biggest hurdle. But it’s never too late, and with Tommy’s help, I’m all in. It’s given me my confidence back, knowing this is something you can learn.

I’d recommend this to every beginning darter. Darts isn’t just buying darts and throwing them; it’s mainly about arithmetic and learning to count to a double. With these tips and tricks you build automatic habits you’d never pick up otherwise. It’s reignited my love for the game I’ve missed for so long.

I have to be honest: the book has worked wonders for me. Sometimes I even keep score better than I throw 😳. I’ve been getting compliments on my writing and scoring, especially from the players who like to keep the pace high – the ones I used to hope wouldn’t end up at my board 😆.

The tips and tricks helped me the most. I’ve never used an app or calculator at the scoreboard, so in the beginning I was always sweating. But now I’m calm and focused when I keep score, without doubting myself for a single second.
