How does it work?
What does that mean? Say you throw at Double 3 but miss. Then you drop back to Double 2. You have to hit that one again first before you get another shot at Double 3. But you never drop further back than that previous double. Hence the name: Click-it. You click up one step at a time, and that locking-in makes sure you never get stuck forever on Double 1.
Why does this drill work so well?
- Challenge: you really have to hit that next double.
- Frustration (the good kind): miss? You drop back. Keeps you sharp.
- Motivation & reward: you’re always moving forward. Hit a double and then nail the next one straight away? Click up — brilliant feeling.

Adjust it to your level:
- Easier: give yourself 3 + 6 darts per double.
- Harder: click the same 3 darts. Double 2 and Double 3 in one visit? Now it gets spicy.
